Subterra is seeking reliable and experienced site operatives to support the delivery of high quality construction and substructure projects. This role involves working closely with site management and engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient and high quality site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general site activities and daily operations

• Support engineering and site management teams as required

• Maintain a high standard of health and safety on site

• Ensure quality workmanship in line with project requirements

• Follow site procedures, method statements, and safety protocols

Requirements

• Previous experience working on construction sites preferred

• Valid Safe Pass certification required

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team

• Willingness to work across multiple sites if required
